Services Support Specialist (EMEA)


A Services Support Specialist is responsible for providing various support activities that ensure the success of Customer Solution Consultants.


  • Monitor inbound Request for Services (RFS); review and evaluate each request, assign to team member, and transfer knowledge
  • Coordinate resources for RFP/RFQ/RFI’s; ensure all stakeholders execute deliverables completely and on time
  • Follow-up on all delivered proposals with appropriate Sales Account Manager; ensure all systems are updated appropriately with pipeline status
  • Provide various support work to team members to ensure customer deliverables are met
  • Maintain, manage, and update templates and proposal formats
  • Update tracking systems daily with accurate and timely information
  • Provide input on how to improve internal efficiencies and follow-up through with implementation of new processes/procedures including documentation
  • Create custom reports and filters for reporting from multiple sources such as Salesforce, FinancialForce, OpenAir, HSIDB
  • Liaise between legal, sales and services for contracts, agreements, blanket services agreements, counter-signatures, and execution of agreements
  • Assist with escalations involving customers, prospects, and sales and services employees


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • English and German language fluency preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage project effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, including time and cost estimates
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
  • Good collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
  • Sound business and technology acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity, discretion and tact
  • Organized and proactive on next steps or anticipating issues
  • Demonstrated success managing projects
  • Up to 20% travel time required
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
